• All blockchain transactions are final and non-reversible
• Subscription renewals are processed automatically through smart contracts
• Pricing and payment terms are determined by smart contract configurations

ProductMint retains all rights to:

• Platform software and infrastructure
• Smart contract code and implementations
• Branding and marketing materials
• Documentation and technical resources

Our privacy practices are outlined in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

ProductMint is not liable for:

• Losses due to user error or negligence
• Blockchain network issues or gas fees
• Smart contract vulnerabilities beyond our control
• Third-party services or integrations
• Loss of access to digital assets or wallets

In case of disputes:

• Parties will attempt to resolve issues through good faith negotiations
• Mediation may be used if direct negotiation fails
• Arbitration will be the final method of dispute resolution
• Class action lawsuits are waived

ProductMint reserves the right to:

• Terminate accounts for Terms of Service violations
• Suspend access for suspicious activity
• Modify or discontinue services with notice
• Retain blockchain records after account termination

We may update these terms by:
